I learned early in my athletic pursuits that you can’t out-train a stressed metabolism. My own experience with the exhaustion, weight gain, sleep disturbances, and hormonal imbalances of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) drove me to earn my Master’s in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology, shifting my focus from "pushing harder" to fueling smarter.
Now, I combine clinical science and functional nutrition with practical behavior change to help you break the "restrict" cycle and fuel intentionally. We look at the big picture—from lab testing to habit design—to address the underlying imbalances keeping you and your metabolism plateaued.
